Ted has extensive experience practicing in Nevada homeowners association defense as well as working with general counsel with numerous homeowners associations. Ted practices in construction defect litigation, representing both subcontractors and general contractors including, but not limited to, roofing, stucco, window, framing/insulation and concrete. Representative clients include major residential developers and major hotel general contractors in the Las Vegas area. Ted has extensive experience with construction related insurance issues, including seminar speakers and consultant to several insurance companies involved with underwriting matters.
