LaDonna is a paralegal in the Litigation and Corporate practice groups and has been with the firm since 1991. She provides litigation support in preparing cases for trial including document review and handling and preparation of pleadings and discovery materials. She brings considerable experience in managing large document-intensive complex cases. She has demonstrated expertise in the design and management of document databases, and is very proficient in the use of Summation litigation support software, and is certified in Trial Director trial presentation software.

LaDonna’s experience includes domestic and foreign entity formations, mergers, and dissolutions. She handles ongoing corporate maintenance for the firm’s corporate clients, including but not limited to, filing annual reports, maintaining a docket control system for annual meetings, preparing stock certificates, and preparing corporate minutes for annual and special meetings. LaDonna’s background also includes working in other practice areas such as Appeals, Domestic Relations, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, Indian Gaming, and Insurance Defense.

LaDonna has over 30 years of experience in the legal field. She began her legal career as a deputy courtroom clerk with Alma Jennings Haught, Clerk of the Pinal County Superior Court in Florence, Arizona. Prior to coming to Burch & Cracchiolo, she was a paralegal at the Howard & Glenn Law Offices in Casa Grande, Arizona, where she also managed the office and handled the firm’s accounts and financial records.
