Jennifer brings experience litigating construction defect claims throughout Nevada.  She has represented developers and general contractors, and major subcontractors.  She defended Del Webb in two of the largest class action claims ever brought in Nevada.  Her litigation experience also includes personal injury, property damage claims, construction claims, environmental litigation and business litigation.  In 1995 she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Rose, Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court.  Subsequently, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Janet T. Berry, Washoe County District Court. While in law school, she worked as a researcher for the University of Houston Institute for Energy, Law and Enterprise, which assisted the newly fanned  Republic of Kazalcstan in drafting its energy code.
