Ian Neale is a highly experienced trial lawyer, having tried more than 100 cases before a jury or bench.  He has been recognized among Arizona’s Finest Lawyers and is an AV® Preeminent 5.0 out of 5 peer review rated attorney in Martindale-Hubbell.  His practice focuses on Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Product Liability, Premises Liability and General Commercial Litigation. Ian is experienced in representing physicians whose licenses are being challenged by boards of specialty and defends them in medical malpractice cases.  He also has experience handling cases of significant injury or death resulting from aviation accidents.

Ian, who was born in Scotland, raised in Wales and served a mission in Finland (1965-1968) before making his way to the United States in 1969, volunteers for the Center for International Legal Studies’ Senior Lawyer Program.  The Center selects and trains highly experienced attorneys and places them as visiting professors at institutions in East Europe and the former republics of the Soviet Union.  Ian has taught advocacy skills to students in Latvia, Mongolia, Serbia and Estonia to date.
