Representative Engagements

• Lead or co-counsel in dozens of arbitrations, bench and jury trials and administrative hearings
• Successfully mediated hundreds of cases to conclusion
• Acts as privately retained counsel for several local contractors
• Argued matters on appeal in the Arizona Court of Appeals and Supreme Court as well as at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
• Successful arbitration results, including defense verdict as well as a plaintiff verdict below the defense offer of judgment, in matters defending restaurant/bar chain.
• Prevailed on Motion for Summary Judgment for manufacturer of air conditioning components in product liability action.
• Prevailed on Motion to Dismiss filed on behalf of local contractor alleged to be responsible for defective construction
• Negotiated complex joint defense agreement between five co-defense parties, including a public utility, to consolidate defenses, avoid cross claims and facilitate prompt resolution of serious bodily injury claim in which plaintiff had alleged shared liability of all defense parties.
