Dick Strobel joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 1998 as a Paralegal in the Family Law practice area focusing on marital dissolution, contested and uncontested adoptions and other Family Law related matters. Prior to joining Burch & Cracchiolo, Dick was with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for nine years and was County Attorney Legal Assistant of the Year in 1995. During his tenure, Dick was appointed Bureau Chief of Homicide and Major Crimes Paralegals. Dick was legal assistant to senior counsel within the office and was assigned Paralegal for high profile crimes prosecuted by the County Attorney. He was appointed Secretary to the Capital Review Committee established by then County Attorney Rick Romley for purposes of review of death penalty cases prosecuted within Maricopa County. He has authored two manuals: The Americans With Disabilities Act: A Compendium of Law, and The Arizona Death Penalty, Practice and Procedures. Dick has been a guest lecturer on Paralegal studies and on Constitutional Law and death penalty procedura1 review questions.
